Founder
Good tools should save you time — not take more of it
I see AI as a real, practical tool that could make almost any workflow faster and more efficient. In 2026, I started Quintana Operational Solutions LLC to build that efficiency for other businesses.
My background is in the rotating equipment industry, where I've worked since 2023 — starting on the shop floor and working through the mechanic shop before moving into the engineering department, where I handled drawings, analysis, and design. From there I moved into the operational improvement side of the business, and eventually into applying AI directly to industry operations — the work that led me to start Quintana Operational Solutions LLC.
That progression — shop floor to engineering to running a company — shapes how I work with clients today. I treat every project with the seriousness it deserves: clear scope, real communication, and a finished product built to the same standard I'd want if it were my own operation on the line. Quintana Operational Solutions LLC exists to bring that level of accountability to every engagement.
How We Think
Software should fit your operation — not the other way around.
We don't sell generic software.
Most software is built for the masses because that's what scales. But no two companies run the same way, and that gap is exactly where off-the-shelf tools fall short.
We bridge the gaps, not rebuild everything.
We work in partnership with the tools you already run, connecting them into one seamless, unified workflow instead of asking you to rip and replace what already works.
Efficiency isn't optional.
If a task can be done faster without cutting corners, we build the tool that does it. AI is one of the ways we get there — not the whole point.
We build to satisfy your needs, not ours.
We're not here to sell another generalized operational tool. We start by understanding what you actually need, then build to satisfy that — effectively, and on your terms.
